What You Can Upload

• General wellness fitness programs (workout routines, strength training, cardio plans)
• General nutrition guides and meal planning content
• Mobility, flexibility, and recovery routines
• General physiotherapy-inspired movement programs (not specific rehabilitation for diagnosed conditions)
• Educational content about exercise science, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits
• Mindfulness and stress management techniques related to physical wellness

Prohibited Content

Health & Medical Claims

• Any claim that a program "treats," "cures," "prevents," or "reverses" any diagnosed medical condition
• Guaranteed or specific weight loss or body transformation claims (e.g., "Lose 20 lbs in 4 weeks — guaranteed")
• Before-and-after imagery that implies medically significant transformation or fails to include appropriate context
• Claims suggesting your program replaces or is superior to professional medical or physiotherapy care
• Exaggerated performance claims without scientific basis
• Claims about treating specific injuries, medical conditions, or diagnoses
• Supplement recommendations that include unsubstantiated health claims contrary to Health Canada guidelines

Content Standards

• Programs promoting disordered eating, extreme caloric restriction below safe minimums, or dangerous training practices
• Content that may promote eating disorders, body dysmorphia, or unhealthy body image
• Programs primarily targeting users under 18 without explicit parental consent mechanisms built into the program
• Misleading credentials — claiming certifications, degrees, or designations you do not hold
• Plagiarised content — all content must be your original work or properly licensed
• Content containing personal data or images of third parties without their written consent
• Programs that encourage users to ignore medical advice or discontinue prescribed treatments

Required Disclosures

Every program listed on KaizenFit must be clearly positioned as general wellness content. The platform automatically appends a medical disclaimer to all program pages, but your program description and content must not contradict this disclaimer by making claims of medical efficacy.

If your program involves equipment, you must clearly list required equipment in the program description so buyers can make an informed purchase decision.

Health Canada Compliance

All nutrition content must comply with Health Canada's dietary guidelines and food labelling regulations. You may not make health claims about foods, supplements, or dietary practices that are not permitted under the Food and Drugs Act. If your program recommends supplements, you must clearly state that these are general wellness suggestions only and that users should consult a healthcare provider before use.

Creator Certification Requirement

By uploading any program, you certify by checkbox confirmation that:

• The content is general wellness information only and does not constitute medical advice
• You hold appropriate professional liability insurance for the type of content you create
• The content reflects your genuine professional expertise and knowledge
• You have the right to sell and distribute all content included in the program
• You agree to KaizenFit's Terms of Service and this Creator Content Policy
• You comply with PIPEDA if your program collects any personal information from users

Review & Enforcement

All programs are reviewed by KaizenFit before being made live on the marketplace (typically 1–2 business days). We reserve the right to:

• Reject programs that violate this policy
• Request revisions before approval
• Remove live programs that are found to be in violation, with or without prior notice
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts with repeat or serious violations
• Cooperate with Health Canada or other regulatory bodies investigating policy violations

If your program is removed for policy violations, your 85% payout for sales made during the violation period may be withheld pending review.
