Required Disclosures

Every program listed on KaizenFit must be clearly positioned as general wellness content. The platform automatically appends a medical disclaimer to all program pages, but your program description and content must not contradict this disclaimer by making claims of medical efficacy.

If your program involves equipment, you must clearly list required equipment in the program description so buyers can make an informed purchase decision.

Health Canada Compliance

All nutrition content must comply with Health Canada's dietary guidelines and food labelling regulations. You may not make health claims about foods, supplements, or dietary practices that are not permitted under the Food and Drugs Act. If your program recommends supplements, you must clearly state that these are general wellness suggestions only and that users should consult a healthcare provider before use.

All programs are reviewed by KaizenFit before being made live on the marketplace (typically 1–2 business days). We reserve the right to:
