Refund Policy

Digital Products — General Policy

KaizenFit sells digital fitness programs (PDFs, videos, and associated content). In accordance with applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation, digital products are generally non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded, as they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

By completing a purchase on KaizenFit, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital content and expressly consent to the immediate provision of that content upon purchase. This express consent constitutes a waiver of any applicable right of withdrawal under provincial consumer protection legislation once access has been granted.

Exceptions — Technical Failures

If you experience a genuine technical failure that prevents you from accessing purchased content (e.g., files not delivered, download link broken, content corrupted), you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.

To request a refund, contact support@kaizenfit.ca with:

• Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)

• A description of the technical issue

• Screenshots or other evidence of the problem

We will investigate and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Taxes on Refunds

GST/HST and applicable provincial sales taxes (PST/QST) collected on a purchase will be refunded proportionally if a full or partial refund is approved. KaizenFit will submit the appropriate tax adjustments to the Canada Revenue Agency.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a credit card chargeback without first contacting KaizenFit support may result in account suspension pending investigation. We cooperate fully with financial institutions investigating payment disputes and maintain detailed transaction records to resolve disputes accurately.

Creator Payouts

If a refund is approved, the Creator's 85% payout for that transaction will be reversed via Stripe Connect. Creators will be notified of any approved refunds relating to their programs.

Fraud Prevention

KaizenFit reserves the right to decline refund requests where evidence suggests fraudulent activity, repeated abuse of our refund policy, or where content has been downloaded and the request does not relate to a genuine technical failure.
